About Us

Our Hotel

First established as a coaching inn in the 1600s, The George Hotel is encompassed in history and unique character. This boutique-style hotel reflects the heritage of Pangbourne as the interior is inspired by ‘The Wind in the Willows’ by late local author Kenneth Graham.

We love to spoil for choice so we offer a wide array of drinking and dining options! Dulce Domum, our restaurant and lounge bar, offers an eclectic global cuisine menu and a wide selection of high-end spirits for up-scale experience. Alternatively, The Village Bar provides a more relaxed atmosphere with a pub-style food menu and a popular selection of lagers, wines, and spirits.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
